The images displayed are only indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability. We reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non availability of the desired product. The above product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities. In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. Orders would be ordinarily delivered between 9 AM to 9 PM (IST) on the desired delivery date unless specified as specific time or midnight delivery. We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. The delivery will NOT be redirected to any other address in any circumstances. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We treat the order as delivered thus no refund/replacement will be made in the below cases: Delivery not done due to wrong address provided, Recipient not available, Premises locked, Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done, Recipient refused the products, Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor. If any customer claims an order was not delivered, we need at least 24 hours to investigate and to determine why it was not delivered. If it is not delivered on the desired delivery date without any reason then 100% refund will be issued to the buyer which will be credited back to the customer's account/credit card within maximum 7 working days. If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the product, then, the recipient/sender should contact PosyCity.com Within 24 hours of the delivery. Bear in mind that Flowers, Cakes and other Perishable products need Proper care. Posycity.com is not liable for customer errors and no refund will be made in such case.
Any customer who placed an order through PosyCity.com and then needs to cancel the order, such cancellation must be made 48hrs prior to the desired date of delivery . If the cancellation is received after the order is delivered/processed for delivery, no refund can be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery, such as in the case of a wrong office or home address. The customer can obtain new information so that the order can then be properly delivered using correct information. For cake deliveries and items that requires reservations, please kindly note that there will be no cancellation allowed after the order is confirmed. In the event that cancellation is needed, the order will still be chargeable at the full price. Regarding international orders - Once an order has been transmitted to the overseas office, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. If a sender provides incomplete or inaccurate information, it is the sender's responsibility to provide an update of the correct information. Wherever possible, customer will be informed of any major changes to the product before delivery if there is sufficient time but if it is already date of delivery and we were not able to contact the customer we will call the recipient and ask for the replacement of the product.
PosyCity.com reserves the right to reject any order placed with us that we deem questionable or possibly fraudulent. When PosyCity.com receives an order, we review the entire order and periodically compare the information provided to us with the bank of the person placing the order. If we determine that fraudulent information is provided we will send an email to the sender to inform them of the situation to determine if the information was provided in error.
